These nostril screws are hand made in the USA of solid nickel free 14K gold. Choose from a bent nostril screw with a 5/16&quot stem, a 5/16&quot long nose bone, a 11/16&quot straight un-bent nostril screw or an L-shaped nostril screw with about a 5/16&quot leg and about a 5/16&quot stem. These screws have three 2mm bezel set gems. All gems will be the same color.

These pieces are threaded and come apart on both sides of the center piece for easy insertion which also makes the centers interchangeable. Because of the complexity of this piece and the center sizes the length can be off as much as a 1/16" but not more then that. The 14k body jewelry solid gold is great for adding a look of class and sophistication to any piercing. The journey's center is 3/4" tall. These beautiful top mounted navel curves are internally threaded and made in the USA of solid nickel free 14K gold. Choose your gauge and length, main gem color, dangling gem color 1, dangling gem color 2 and gold type below. Dangling gem 1 is below the main gem, dangling gem 2 is the bottom gem. 16ga are externally threaded. The top round bezel is 6mm with two 3.5mm dangling round bezels.
