Choose your gauge and length, main gem color, top style, top gem color (or none if you choose a plain gold top ball) and gold type below. The main gem and danging gems will be the same color. 16ga top balls come on externally threaded posts. The bottom round bezel is 6mm with 5mm and 3.5mm dangling round bezels.
